Firstly, can I welcome you to ‘Self-Defence Ireland’. We are a new branch of the long standing Self-Defence UK. The SDF Ireland Federation will be working closely with SDF UK to provide information and help for those already engaged in Self Defence and wish to develop, or to help promote self defence to new members in Ireland.

I would like to thank Dave Turton who has given me the opportunity to run this section of the Federation on this isle. I am looking forward to the challenge and the opportunity to meet people as interested in the art of self defence as I am,
